Only an hour from Washington DC, Sunset Hills Vineyard has already earned more than 40 medals for its wines in just six years. Powered completely by solar panels, the vineyard emphasizes a green approach to their operations. This harvest season Sunset Hills is offering its guests the opportunity to take part in their Vine to Wine Harvest Series. The events, which take place October 7, and October 21, takes guests on a close up, “behind the scenes” tour of the vineyard and winemaking process.
