3. Harvest Crush Encounter – Paso Robles, CA
A complete A-Z hands-on experience, First Crush takes groups through the entire process of winemaking. Beginning at a Paso Robles vineyard specifically selected by the First Crush viticulture team for the vineyard’s use of viticulture production, the Harvest Crush Encounter allows guests to harvest the grapes for their wine, crush, and stomp the grapes into their own custom made and labeled wine. During the process guests will be walked through all of the necessary information while learning about the process from First Crush’s viticulturist as well as its owner.
The two-day Harvest Crush Encounter takes place October 5-6 and is priced at $325. Hotel accommodations are not included, however discount rates are provided to those who stay at the Courtyard Marriott or La Quinta Inn & Suites. Book your trip on their website.
