Diet Busters: 10 Suprisingly Unhealthy Airport Food Choices

Dunkin’ Donuts Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit

It’s 6 in the morning and you just got in from a cross-country red-eye flight. You are starving, but still have a two-hour layover before your next flight. Time to find some breakfast. The sweet aroma of freshly baked doughnuts calls you into the Dunkin’ Donuts, but you resist the urge for a delicious pastry and settle for something more substantial instead – a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.
