Travel Photography Contest: Week 3, Winner

We explored new cultures in this week’s travel contest Travel Photography Contest. We had entries from throughout the world. Entries included travel to remote corners of Asia the Middle East as well as undiscovered pockets of the 50 states.

This week’s winner: Andrew Faulk who wrote this about his photograph was taken at the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Delhi, India.

Americans are often given false information about Islam and by stepping out of my comfort zones, I was able to see one of the most beautiful structures in the world filled with some of the most beautiful people in the world.

Faulk is now one of our top five finalists, who you can vote for will take home a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100.

But it’s not too late for you to enter. There are just two more challenges until the grand-prize vote. Click here to see the week four challenge.

And check out all of our other week three entries.
