Travel Photography Contest: Week 2 Winner

We had even tighter competition for the second week of our annual Travel Photography Contest.  We asked you to go off the beaten path in our week two challenge and show us what adventures lay at the end of the road.

From Tanzania to Antarctica to mile one in Key West and surprise storm in rural Ohio, you shared off road adventures. This week’s winner: Laura Raymond, who took on a 140 ft, super vertical climb in Bandolier National Monument in New Mexico.

Raymond is now one of our top five finalists, who you can vote for to will take home a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100.

I went to Antarctica to run a marathon and got to experience the wonders of the continent. In this picture, I've captured a leopard seal gliding between the Zodiac I was traveling in and a Zodiac full of fellow marathoners.
