Wild and Wacky New Year’s Eve Celebrations

For the sixth year in a row at Pier Park, locals at Panama City Beach, Florida,  will gather for the big beach ball drop. It’s an 800-pound Waterford crystal ball. The glowing ball is 12 feet in diameter. But that’s not the only event: there’s a family event at 8 pm with 10,000 inflatable beach balls falling onto the boardwalk.
