Video Travel Tip: Cell Phone Etiquette

Will you be the subject of angry glares if you answer you cell phone?  If you’re in a foreign city, it’s entirely possible.

A study by the University of Surrey compared cell phone users in Madrid, London, and Paris.  It found very different cell phone usages in all three of those cities.

Turns out Parisians are more likely to ignore their ringtones, while Londoners are more polite.
