Natural Disasters — on April 24, 2010 6:44 am
When chaos reigns, communities come together.
Stranded in London by the cloud of ash that grounded all air travel over Europe, a fast-thinking group put together an event in record time.
TED, a small non-profit group made up of individuals working in technology, entertainment, design and beyond, threw together the TEDxVolcano conference in the span of 48 hours.
And since Peter was among those stuck in the United Kingdom for days, he was a featured speaker at TedxVolcano.
Check out Peter’s latest speaking engagement, addressing and entertaining the audience on the economic effects of interrupted air travel.
