We’ve told you about volunteer vacations before, but did you know that you can give back through your hotel? Here’s how you can help out on your next stay.

The Ritz-Carlton’s program, called Community Footprints, offers volunteer programs worldwide.

For about $50 to $100, you can spend a day working at a Big Cat Habitat in Sarasota, Florida, plant trees and restore wetlands in Denver, volunteer at a soup kitchen in Dallas, or work in a school in Beijing.

If you visit any Marriott or Renaissance hotel in New Orleans, you can participate in the “Care Concierge” program, which donates $50 of your room rate to Habitat for Humanity and helps you arrange you own local volunteer experience.

And at several RockResorts in Vail, the Give and Getaway vacation lets you join in trail restoration projects in the White River National Forest and includes two nights’ accommodations.
