He’ll chat with Dana Cowin, editor-in-chief of Food & Wine magazine, discussing the growth of the festival and the latest culinary trends.
Our next culinary stop is with Chef Michel Nischan, chef/owner of Dressing Room: A Homeground Restaurant at the Westport Country Playhouse in Connecticut. He’ll talk about the Wholesome Wave Foundation, dedicated to making locally grown, sustainable foods available to all.
Peter also talks with long time radio friend Walter Isaacson, president and CEO of the Aspen Institute. Walter talks about his tenure as president, his life as a journalist, and his work during hurricane Katrina disaster.
