Ithaca, New York

This week, Peter is broadcasting not from a hotel, but from Cornell University’s Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art in Ithaca, New York.

He’ll chat with Priceline President and CEO Jeffrey Boyd about the new “Sunshine Guarantee,” and how it can save your vacation from being rained out.

Dr. Steve Squyres, professor of astronomy at Cornell University and director of the Mars Rover imaging team, will discuss planetary exploration missions and setting the state for human exploration.

Advice columnist Amy Dickinson from “Ask Amy” will share her thoughts on airline etiquette, travel manners, and her insider’s knowledge of the Ithaca area.

Brett Snyder, aka The Cranky Flier, who has worked in the travel industry since he was 12, will discuss cell phones on international flights—love it or hate it, it’s happening.

Frank Robinson, director of Cornell’s Johnson Museum of Art, stops by to talk about the premier Ithaca gallery and his experiences traveling the world to collect art.

Plus, local naturalist Sarah Fiorello will chat about New York’s state park system and nearby Cornell Plantations.

And, of course, the latest breaking travel news!
