Most of you are probably aware that the euro has been killing the dollar, which is now worth just 63 cents in euros.

For comparison, during its debut year, 2002, the euro was roughly equal to the dollar.

Despite the euro’s rise, if you’d still like to travel to Europe on a budget, it is still possible.

You’ll just have to plan ahead and think creatively.
