Want to breathe in some really fresh air next time you’re on a hiking trip?

Take a trip that’s literally good for your health and head to some of America’s least polluted cities.

The American Lung Association ranked the least polluted cities in America for 2007.

Topping the list is Cheyenne, Wyoming, followed by Santa Fe, New Mexico and Honolulu, Hawaii.

And these destinations are great for outdoor activities like hiking and rock climbing.

Just outside of Cheyenne, visit the Curt Gowdy State Park or the Vedauwoo Rock Outcropping, a formation of volcanic rocks that separates Cheyenne from Laramie.

In Santa Fe, hikers flock to the Aspen Vista Trail, just minutes from downtown.

It has a gradual uphill climb that is ideal for hikers of all ages and abilities.

Rounding out the top three is Honolulu, which is filled with great places to hike.

Check out Koko Head Regional Park or Mau’umae Nature Park.
