It’s easy to get caught up in touristy sites when you’re in a big city.

Here are some offbeat tours that show off unexpected urban treasures.

Even locals can sometimes overlook the best parts of their own city. “Forgotten New York” focuses on buildings and historic sites in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs.

The tour guide takes you where you can see sheep and goats in Queens, waterfalls in The Bronx, and homes on stilts.
