Dear Peter,
I heard you talking [the other day] about unsanitary conditions in hotel rooms. Very good.
I would like to point out to you another unsanitary condition that occurs in many hotel rooms I stay in, and it drives me crazy.
It’s poor draining sinks. You just know that all kinds of disgusting things are just below the drain that is clogging the flow of water.
Any homeowner knows there is an elbow about a foot below the sink that can easily be taken apart, obstructions removed and reinstalled all in about three minutes.
Hotels don’t do this regularly. You will find the same thing in showers and tub drains.
Best regards,
Bill
